It takes time, but this does work has definitely given my knees relief. I still take G%26S/MSM which I've been taking longer just as an added benefit. It says you can do this as they don't interfere with each other as they work differently, but to make sure I take one in the morning and the other before bedtime. Oh for anyone that says they have not had any relief, you have to take this product without food, so basically that's one hour before eating or two hours after.
