Much better than Glucosamine and Chondroitin. Much smaller to swallow. Only takes one tablet instead of 2. Helps my knees much better.

Same as Schindler Move Free Ultra, but less expensive. Besides being so much more convenient in 1 tiny pill than glucosamine products, it seem to work better for us. Like all brands, bring scissor to open the package.
