[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually take fish oil for improved joint health. When I take the fish oil I notice a immediate difference in the way my knees feel. I stopped the fish oil and used this product for two weeks…I didn’t feel any benefits at all.

I am already experiencing stiff joints in the morning and aches and pains from old injury's and was looking for something to slow the progression. After a few weeks of use I can honestly say that "getting going" in the morning seems to be easier with less pain in my knees being the most obvious. Yes the old damage is still there and reminds me as the weather gets colder but I seem to be able to move with less discomfort. This one pill a day is now part of my morning routine !

Having torn my ACL and Meniscus in December 2021, I started taking joint supplements to strengthen the cartilage in my knee in hopes to avoid developing bad arthritis. My previous supplements seemed fine as far as ingredients, but were extremely hard to swallow due to their large size. I was so happy when I saw how small these were and how much easier they were to swallow. Being free of shellfish is a huge plus for me too. I can not tell how these pills are affecting my knee yet, but so far I haven't had any negative side effects from these, and I plan to stay with them.

Have I noticed major improvement no, this is not a miracle pill. I have however notice I'm not as achy after my daily walks, or from going up and the stairs, or from standing after sitting at my desk for awhile. There is not funky scent or after taste. I believe with continued use I will see more improvements with time.

He has been taking them for a couple of weeks and said that he does not realize notice a difference, but he also has psoriatic arthritis, so it may work better for someone with osteoarthritis.

The tablets are slender and coated which make them easy to swallow for most. One tablet per day is also convenient. Container has a flip top cap which makes for easy access.
