[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've added this to another supplement that I take regularly and have experienced relief of the arthritis in my hands. My thumbs are generally always in a bit of pain from it and the Ultra Triple Action has really helped with the pain while using my hands. They are also easy to swallow which is a great change from most other arthritis supplements I have tried. I am unable to take some of them because they are so big. These are a very welcome change from that. I would recommend this over and over again.

The cartilage in my knees feel rough after a long run, but these supplements seem to help the inflammation and overall strength of my knees. I'll continue using them thru ski season too.

It dont have no bad taste and after using it for a while I can really feel a difference in my joints. i can do some things with my kids that use to be a pain to do. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although you would have to take this supplement for months before you would notice benefits I feel it is a quality product. The tablets are slender and coated which make them easy to swallow for most. One tablet per day is also convenient. Container has a flip top cap which makes for easy access.

So far it seems to be helping more as I’m able to get up off couch easier and not aching as bad at night. Can’t wait to see how good they work after a couple months. They are easy to take and I take mine in morning after breakfast. Happy with them so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this bottle of Member's Mark - Triple Action Ultra Joint Health w/ UC-II supplements and they have become one of my favorites. Having torn my ACL and Meniscus in December 2021, I started taking joint supplements to strengthen the cartilage in my knee in hopes to avoid developing bad arthritis. My previous supplements seemed fine as far as ingredients, but were extremely hard to swallow due to their large size. I was so happy when I saw how small these were and how much easier they were to swallow. Being free of shellfish is a huge plus for me too. I can not tell how these pills are affecting my knee yet, but so far I haven't had any negative side effects from these, and I plan to stay with them.

I feel like it would take more time and maybe a bone scan or mri to know for sure, but I don’t have any negative effects. I would like to think that my knees feel more durable and less painful but at this point I can’t tell if it’s in my head or actually working. I will also say that I had very painful knuckles for a long time and that seems to be getting better. I will definitely continue to take these because things seems to be getting better.
