[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was all set to write a one star review after finding these lights not working after a couple weeks of not using them. Then, out of the corner of my eye, i noticed they had turned on and cycled through a bunch of colors, almost like the button pushes worked 3 minutes too late. Very strange, but I’m keeping them at a 2 star because they are unreliable. The lights easy to use and control from the button on the strand, when they turn on. I like not having to keep track of a remote or log into an app. As if any of us need more passwords to remember these days. I also found the app very confusing, and I’m pretty fluent with technology. Overall, I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend because of my issues with reliability after the first couple of uses.

The colors control feature is really fun , and the multi colors is so fun . The bulbs feel durable , large and the remote is very convenient. Its bright enough without being too harsh, also you can switch easily between soft lighting and colorful party lights . Its water proof and thats makes it good choice for your patio . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LED string light is more for ambiance than bright lighting. I’m using them on our back porch and they are not very bright. It gives a soft, cozy, warm glow which is nice for a relaxed outdoor ambiance. The remote is very responsive and lets you switch through 8 lighting scenes easily from steady warm lights to color changing modes. I like the illuminated ropes between the bulbs which helps fill the gaps so it doesn’t look too spaced out at night. The plastic bulbs are first and come with two spares. The cord is thick and durable. You can also link up to 2 sets together.

These lights do not light up an area like the old string lights. You will need additional lighting if that is your purpose for buying these. I was going to keep them in spite of this but after a month the lights would only stay on for 2 or 3 minutes after turning them on. For the price you would think they would be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s very heavy duty lights. They work well however not properly for use in the apartment as it is designed for outside space. It came as assembled with remote and no further assembly required.
