I love this watch! The band is so comfortable and the watch works well with my Google pixel phone. The watch shows more information than ever including my sleep data.

After 3 weeks was told to upgrade my Fitbit. Unable to do that and the watch will not even work as a plain watch. Am dealing with support. Will update when support finishes my account.

So far this has worked better than my Versa 3. Though sometimes the timer during exercise needs to catch up. So far it's worked better than the replacement Versa 3 from Amazon.

I have been using Fitbit watches for more years than I can remember and am not sure I should have quit using my Fitbit Versa2 in place of the new one. It is difficult to get settings to remain "set" for features on the face of the watch.

I thought this would be an improvement over my last 2 Fitbits. I’m on day 2 and it is counting my arm movements as steps while I’m sitting down. Also I hadn’t touched the watch one bit and got a notification I activated my wallet to make a purchase.

I bought the versa 4 in June, by August it completely stopped working. I contacted Fitbit and they sent me another one, refurbished of course, (you would think since it was only 2 months that I would get a new one) I had that one for a month and it wouldn't charge because it got too hot. I again contacted Fitbit, they had me send both the versa 4 and the charger back. I did and they sent me another versa 4, but no charger! So I had to go buy another charger. So with the third one, yet again refurbished, I was hoping for the best. I synced it to my phone and it was working as expected, a week later I noticed it stopped updating. So I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it to my phone. Now it won't connect to my phone so I can't even set it up. I loved it when it did work but it's a complete waste of money and time. Don't bother buying as in the end all you get is a $150 paper weight.

I bought this item over a year ago and it stopped tracking mileage pace over 6 months ago. Complete waste of $200 because now I have to buy a different device. All fitbit forums state that there has been no resolution for this issue dating back to September of 2024.

I just bought this the end of November and it's only keeping a charge for 2 days. It says it's at 100% then within minutes it drops drastically. I have never had it in water for anything so that's definitely not the issue. Other than that I love it. I plan on getting a hold of customer service to see if there is anything they will do because of course I didn't take out the extended plan but I would hope a product would last longer than 4 months without not working properly!

I have always had a fitbit over the past 10 years. Bought this last August, hasn't been a year, and it stopped working all together. Wont turn on, its fulling charged. Had many issues of it not syncing or showing messages, then a few days later it would be inundated with thousands of messages a a time then crash. I am now looking at other brands. By by fitbit. lost another customer.

This watch is not bad. Seems like a step down from the watch series before. Versa is nice.
