I bought this for my daughter for christmas. I have tried numerous times to update and sync the watch. It continues to fail. Fitbit support asked me to repeat numerous things I tried before they will honor the warranty. Even after over an hour the support person expected me to try another and another thing like my time isn't valuable. I'm fed up with the whole thing. At this point I just want another watch, definitely not a fit bit, so I can move on. This was my 4th fitbit purchase and probably my last.

Great FitBit. Has more options than the previous Versa. The only issue is the lack op options for a SIMPLE clock face.

So far so good. This is my 3rd one and it keeps me moving. Sorry to hear that this will be the last Versa.

I had the first fitbit versa that came out. I owned that for 7 years. Finally upgaded just after christmas and love it so far! I love that i can talk right on my wrist now!
