I've been sleeping on the Member's Mark Hotel Premier 14” Hybrid Mattress (medium firmness), and the difference has been incredible. Before switching to this mattress, I was using an old spring mattress and waking up every morning with severe back pain—it was even difficult just to get out of bed. After the very first night on this one, I woke up completely pain-free. I've now been sleeping on it for several nights, and that relief has continued. I'm consistently waking up without any discomfort and can get out of bed easily again. The medium firmness is exactly what I was looking for—not too soft and not too firm. My previous mattress was a pillow top, and this feels much more supportive while still being comfortable. The only downside is the smell when you first open it. There's a strong, unpleasant odor at first. It does fade over time, but even after a week, there's still a slight smell lingering. Also, be aware that the mattress is quite heavy. I have a king size, and getting it up the stairs was a challenge—it's definitely a two-person job. Overall, if you're dealing with back pain and need a supportive yet comfortable mattress, this one has been a great fit for me.

Bought 2 of these for our new houses' guest rooms. After shopping around for a well priced mattress we chose these. Very pleased with the quality and price. Once out of the box we left them overnight to expand. They are very comfortable to lie on. I haven't slept overnight on them, but I have had a lie down to test them. I would buy them again for sure.

What appears to be a comfortable new mattress in a large box weighing over 100 lbs which is too heavy for me to carry up stairs and will need to wait till o have help to remove packing and layout new mattress to open on bed frame.

This mattress was delivered in a beat up box but the product was still tightly rolled and unaffected by the box abuse. It was extremely heavy and definitely needed 2 people to pull it out of the box and unwrap it in place. Upon removing the 2 layers of wrap, the mattress instantly inflated. The instructions say it could take 72 hours. While i did sleep on it that first night, i think that it got a little more comfortable the 2nd and 3rd nights. The mattress itself is quite comfortable. Very soft, but still somewhat firm. My biggest complaint is that the mattress is soooo slippery the sheets won't stay on! I have deep pocket sheets and every time I move slightly, the sheet bunches up and pops off the corner of the mattress. I tried putting a mattress protector in between the mattress and sheet. That only resulted in the mattress and the protector bunching up and popping off the corner! I hype to find a solution but in the meantime, it's quite frustrating.

I waited a week to write my review so I could evaluate the features and comfort of the mattress. Before you buy, consider the height of the mattress. Options are 9” or 14”. I opted for the 14”, not realizing it is too tall for me to sit on the edge and put my shoes on. There were no unpacking instructions. The box was heavy and bulky-definitely needed two people to maneuver it in to place. The mattress info in minutes and we were able to sleep on it the first night. I find the mattress very comfortable. I am sleeping through the night, unlike my old mattress when I would toss and turn. I don't notice the “cooling” feature - temperature feels the same as my 8 year old mattress. Overall, I am happy with it.

We absolutely love this mattress! The mattress is so incredibly comfortable. We love that it is Cooling so it helps us not sleep so hot and helps ensure that we get a full nights rest. Our kids always ask to sleep in our bed because it’s so comfortable

I am extremely happy with this Member's Mark Hotel Premier Collection mattress. From the very first night, I noticed a big difference in comfort and support. The hybrid design really gives you the best of both worlds—the memory foam layers feel soft and contour nicely, while the pocket coils provide excellent support and keep everything feeling stable. One of my favorite features is how cool it sleeps. The cooling cover and gel memory foam really seem to work—I don't wake up overheated like I have with other mattresses. It's a great balance of softness and firmness (I'd say true medium), which works well whether you sleep on your back or side. Setup was simple, and the quality feels impressive for the price. It honestly has that “hotel bed” feel right at home. If you're looking for a comfortable, supportive, and cooling mattress without spending a fortune, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

It came in a box, which was convenient for us to bring it in house, but much hearvier than it looked. As soon as opened it un sealed it, it became like normal matress with good height. It was true medium softness. I like soft, but my husband prefer a medium hardness. However, we both had a good night sleep the second night. First night was a little strange from our old 16 year mattress. One thing I didn't care for was odor from the mattress. I have it for about 6 days, it still there. Hopefully it will go away.

I absolutely LOVE this mattress! It is so comfortable and is the perfect firmness. It comes with a removable, washable cover that simply zips off which is a wonderful feature. It's nice and deep while not so thick that sheets don't fit it. I highly recommend this for a fabulous night's sleep!
