First tv had black line down the screen after calling member care twice they finally called back  and picked up defective unit and shipped replacement, which had a broken screen. After 3 calls to member care and nearly 2 weeks call finally returned, defective unit picked up but replacement still not even shipped, so 17 days and counting and no tv horrible service I've already had to make the first payment on a product I don't have

Nightmare Black Friday deal

TV is great, getting it delivered is another story. The first one was broken. Had to get it replaced they gave little trouble, but took forever to get them to pick it up.
