WiFi stopped working after 5 days

I really wanted to like this TV it really has a nice picture and features but the WiFi quit working after less than a week of purchase. I tired everything (rest set modem and router, factory reset the television, powered cycled the television, etc.). I connected my Ethernet cable to the television and get internet which works but isn't a compromise I'm willing to settle for with a newly purchased TV. Something is faulty with this televisions Wifi and I'll be returning it promptly. I'm just glad the problem presented itself sooner than later.
