I love this pan!

This pan is really good. It cooks evenly. It's really great for one pan meals. It performs well for stove to oven meals. I have the 11 piece ceramic set already. I use medium to low heat & I hand wash & dry it also. Read the directions & you will be fine. Great product.

"Jewelry for your stove'

I love this pan and ended up buying several for Christmas presents. The large teflon ones I have been buying tend to warp on my glass top stove; I have only had this one for a couple weeks but it's heavy and I'm hopeful it will retain the shape. The gold handles are beautiful and the only comparable pan I can find is over $100. I leave it on my stove to class up my kitchen!

Great pan, beautiful colors

I love this pan! It's big, beautiful and cooks like a dream. Honestly, this is one of the best purchases I've ever made. Non-stick, and food slides off without a tussle.

This huge pan is great!

I have been using this pan for everything. I baked a chuck roast the old fashioned way and it came out delicious and the pan was easy to wash with soap, water and a dish rag. (Just remember to use a pot holder when you grab the handle while stirring the gravy.) The other day I made a giant ham and cheese omelet to share with my family and it slid right out of the pan perfectly.

Carbon steel is better

Carbon steel browns & cooks better. Not only that, but they last forever. The only thing is you have to know how to use them and you have to treat them correctly. Once you learn how to use them and that they don't take as much heat to cook with and your food starts tasting better and all you'll forget about all these nonstick options that work good at first then start sticking more and more as you use them. Treated right carbon steel is non-stick forever just like cast iron. But like I said you have to be willing to learn how to use it and treat it properly. But 30 year or 3 year skillet? And the 30 year keeps it's non stick ability and the 3 year degrades. We cook daily so carbon steel or cast iron for me but carbon steel is light with the benefits of cast iron.

We are sorry to hear about your experience, Jackle. Please know you can exchange or return the set for a full refund anytime as part of the Member's Mark 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. To restore the performance of the non-stick surface, we suggest using a deep cleaning method. This involves soaking the cookware in hot, soapy water overnight and then thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. Besides, we have more tips for you to maintain the appearance and performance of the interior and exterior finish. 1) Use low to medium heat during cooking to prevent metal fatigue, warping, deformation, deterioration of the non-stick coating, chipping, and discoloration caused by high heat and thermal shock. 2) Allow the cookware to cool down to room temperature before washing. 3) Never use hard objectives onto the surface of cookware. 4) Avoid exposing it to direct open flames.

Just doesn't last

It's amazing at first but The coating just doesn't last. After a couple of months everything sticks, even with oil or butter and it needs to be replaced. It gets spots of burnt on food/oil that won't come off, even with scrubbing. Very disappointed. I had one that lasted a couple years and replaced with this- definitely not the same. Trying the other brand this time.

Great skillet, wish it had a class lid

This skillet is nice, big area to fry foods. I just wish it had a glass lid instead of the metal one.

Good product but ⚠️

Love it but the lid gets hot. All my other lids have a rubber grip. Learned the hard way.

Thank you for the review and feedback, njot! The metal handles will get hot and require a potholder to safely handle when exposed to prolonged heat.
