The Waterville bottles are all scratched up, they feel dirty and they are scratched, never have we seen essentia bottles look this way. The interior essentia box was destroyed, maybe they fell in the warehouse and then were set into another box? iDK? But we are disappointed in how they came to our house.

I’m not sure if it’s legit Essential water. It came in a large plastic bag. The bottles look as if they’ve been recycled by a child. Scratched up and dirty. The water taste like it comes from a tap. My husband said not to drink it. That’s a pretty penny since I bought 2 cases. Not happy at all. Even the label is added in differently

The box was shipped by FedEx. Because the box was already open, they taped it all over so is not torn up worse. When I opened the box, noticed every bottle has so many scratches on them and they obviously have been stored in a dirty place. You can see the pictures and the color of Clorox after cleaning them.

The order usually comes in faster than estimated. The water is great tasting and easy to drink, but the boxes are always tore up and taped together. You can tell they don't handle the bottles well. Several of them were dirty and scuffed up like they had been thrown on ground. That is why I give it a 4 star and not a 5 star. Shipping is careless with the cases.

I love Essentia water but this was unacceptable. I ordered twice. The first time, one of two cases had been resealed and half the bottles were missing. The second time, one of two cases was not even in an Essentia box - it was in a large plastic bag sealed with a black ziptie inside s regular cardboard box - and a bottle was missing. What on Earth is going on with Walmart?

The product is fine, but the box in which it is packaged is weak and flimsy, and is nearly impossible to lift/move without breaking open. The box invariably opens in such a way that the bottles fall out and scatter. Better packaging would make this a better experience.

Please Do NOT get rid of this! I wish you would have this in every Sam's Club.

Been drink for several years good water. Helps in a lot of ways.

I got what I wanted for a reasonable price.
