Just found out that Essentia water is not fully alkaline...such a disappointment. The purchase was fine and there was a bit of chaos in that store.

I can only presume the pachage was dropped because I received water bottles thrown in a cart board box. Not even all the water bottles. Just a few of them. This isn’t the first time that FedEx has absolutely destroyed an order and delivered it anyway.
