The product is fine, but the box in which it is packaged is weak and flimsy, and is nearly impossible to lift/move without breaking open. The box invariably opens in such a way that the bottles fall out and scatter. Better packaging would make this a better experience.

I thought the taste was amazing it was a lot better than store bought water I noticed it right away with the taste was crisp and clean and I wanted more of it this brand is excellent for hydration I drank more water than I normally do because it was so tasty

This was the worst delivery I've ever had. The box that the water came in was old and torn. Apart and they tried to salvage it by taping it all together. The water bottles were dusty; I had to wash every single bottle to get the dust off. I will never order from Walmart again. Very dissatisfy. Why would you mail out a product like that?

We love Essentia Water. So happy that Wal-Mart carries this product which is deliverable, too. Wal-Mart needs to use caution in packaging the 1.5 liter bottles in the case to ship as it is heavy. If not packaged well, the package is possibly delayed,

Love this water. My legs always hurt during the warmer months due to all the activities and never staying hydrating enough. A friend told me this water with the higher pH added to my drink list would help with the cramping. I don’t know if there is any scientific research but it does help me. Also the packaging is cool

I love Essentia water but this was unacceptable. I ordered twice. The first time, one of two cases had been resealed and half the bottles were missing. The second time, one of two cases was not even in an Essentia box - it was in a large plastic bag sealed with a black ziptie inside s regular cardboard box - and a bottle was missing. What on Earth is going on with Walmart?

The Waterville bottles are all scratched up, they feel dirty and they are scratched, never have we seen essentia bottles look this way. The interior essentia box was destroyed, maybe they fell in the warehouse and then were set into another box? iDK? But we are disappointed in how they came to our house.

I absolutely love this water, not only for the ph level but the electrolytes added give the water a clean and fresh taste, with no aftertaste at all. In addition, this electrolyte added water helps keep any leg/foot/hand cramps at bay! I also love the 1.5 liter size because I don't have to have as many bottles of water in the refrigerator. I placed the order on line with Walmart and am very happy with the handling and shipping and the time between the ordering and delivery. I am a repeat customer and will continue to do so. I’m not sure if it’s legit Essential water. It came in a large plastic bag. The bottles look as if they’ve been recycled by a child. Scratched up and dirty. The water taste like it comes from a tap. My husband said not to drink it. That’s a pretty penny since I bought 2 cases. Not happy at all. Even the label is added in differently

We have been drinking Essentia water for about three years. It’s really helped with acid reflux. I order two cases at a time from Walmart to my door so I don’t have to bother with lifting. My only complaint is this...the last order I received contained one sealed EMPTY bottle.
