I have two dogs, and after I applied for the claim they BOTH got fleas. We got behind on their preventative which was not planned, but in a weird way worked out because I can honestly review this product. I was so pleased to see that the pack had 6 treatments in it. This isn’t a preventative, but a treatment. Giving them one of these tablets basically kills any fleas on them, but it doesn’t kill eggs, so you may have to give it to them more than once. You can give them the second pill after 24 hours apparently. It says that it starts working within 30 minutes and I feel like that was true because both of our dogs started itching like crazy shortly after they took it, and I saw a flea or two literally jump off to escape! We have them back on the monthly preventative now, but I’m so glad to know I have 4 of these tablets left in case anything happens. I would get this product again if needed. But it doesn’t replace the monthly preventative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was easy to use and effective for my small dogs. They had no adverse reactions from the medication and I feel it works better than the other leading brands or topical type of treatment.

We have outside dogs and puppies and small children so we try to make sure we treat them every so often since flea bites can trigger allergic symptoms with the kids. These were easy to use and effective and got us through the summer with no issues. We prefer this type of dosing since there's no worry of messy oils on the skin that might come in contact with little hands and it's super easy to give these to our small dogs and then have peace of mind and worry free playtime afterward. We'd definitely get them again.

Living in Kentucky, the fleas and ticks are terrible here even when your pet is on a normal treatment schedule! I saw a flea on her and immediately popped one out. So easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very effective oral flea treatment for dogs,it doesn’t help for prevention,but it kills the existing fleas on your dog,so you need to make sure vaccuum the whole areas wherever your dog has been around,and give your dog a good bath.I recommend this product for anyone’s dogs have flea problems. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love Capaction. The medication is a small little pill so it’s easy to conceal in food. Our dogs are definitely food motivated. I rolled up the medicine in a little bit of sandwich meat and just gave it to them. Zero issues. Our dogs are never covered in fleas or bugs, but this is great for prevention. They go outside to potty so you never know. I feel like the value for this is pretty decent as well to keep our pets safe and bug free. It’s also great that they are able to formulate dosage by weight so it’s not a complicated buy. I highly recommend.

Within about 30 minutes, I noticed my dog scratching less, and I actually saw fleas dropping off. It’s kind of gross but also satisfying knowing it’s working. What I like is that it’s easy to give (I just wrapped it in cheese), and there’s no mess like the topical stuff. But this isn’t a long-term fix. It only works for 24 hours, so I just use it as a quick way to get the fleas under control before doing a full treatment with a monthly preventative and cleaning the house. It’s not a miracle cure, but for the price and how fast it works, it’s definitely worth keeping on hand if your dog picks up fleas out of nowhere. Would I buy it again? Yeah, I already bought a few extra packs just in case. It’s more of an emergency backup than a full solution, but it’s saved me a couple times.

Fleas are hard to eliminate and this medication handles it all for you in one simple step. Just feed the tablets to your dog for the right weight class and then wait. Give your pet a bath to remove the dead fleas about 5 hours after the dose. Fleas are hard to get rid of so make sure to save a dose to use again in 5 days (there's one stage of life that won't die for fleas- the pupae)
