This is a great item. Came in two boxes with almost no need for any non eco friendly styrofoam because the packaging was so well designed. Carried through to assembly with excellent directions and all the parts marked. Only negative was the plastic protective film on the roof pieces that was almost impossible to remove. I ended up leaving it on. I also added some lattice to it in back since I had it on an elevated deck to be safe. But really love the look and function of this and highly recommend it.

Threw on some solar powered lighting so cooking at night is just as easy. Well built and sturdy, it gets the job done. Has completely extended our cooking season to fulll year!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually bought this cover for a side porch and it is a great fit! This is my second Backyard Discovery purchase. I loved the quality of my 20x12 Norwood gazebo so much that I purchased this one while my other was being assembled. A neighbor saw both while passing and stopped to say how nice they looked. I've received quite a few compliments on both! And they really do cut out some of the summer heat, a definite plus! No regrets on this purchase! I have one more area to cover and it will definitely be one from Backyard Discovery.

This Gazebo was the perfect t solution for a tight patio space and western sun exposure. Cooled of the area in the late afternoon and evening to make the patio enjoyable to sit outside. Quality materials and we hired the recommended third-party installed through Backyard Discovery. They were professional and did an excellent job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this gazebo because I wanted to get some cover for our back patio without needing permits and without the expense of having a contractor come out and build something permanent. When our friends come over, all I get are positive reviews and "hey give me the website where you bought this". It is really a great option. We added a gutter on the down sloped end to handle the rain runoff which help keep things dry. My only hope is that they will make an add on section to this kit. We would like it to be 30 feet long to cover our whole patio. If they come out with that, I'll be the first to buy it. I don't think we will be looking to do a permanent patio cover any time soon. It was easy to build. I put it together in about three days by myself. The only help I needed was to join sections together. My wife and son helped me with that part. Read the instructions slowly and carefully. They can be somewhat difficult to understand. Just follow the pictures and go slowly. Once you know how a section goes together, other sections go really fast.

I bought this March 29,2022. I was expecting a three week wait time. It turned out to be more like 6 weeks. I should’ve paid for installation. My husband and I put it up together. I had my grandsons help put the roof on. We had to ream out some of the pre-drilled holes. It looks very nice.

Had this Arcadia Gazebo installed September 2024 to cover our jacuzzi and patio table! It is beautiful and the perfect size. The gazebo is exactly what I wanted for our recently purchased home. We've already installed a fan and beautiful lights on it. I couldn't have been more pleased! I absolutely love my gazebo!  It is exactly what I envisioned to cover my patio and keep the rain away from the house! 

I purchased this gazebo to add necessary shaded area in my backyard. I had my handyman put it together; he thought it was well made. I'm happy with the quality and all pieces, bolts, etc were included. I wished the back opening was more private so we added cedar boards/slats & it worked out great! Would recommend this gazebo to others looking for a quality product.

I love the Bilt app with 3D CAD diagrams, etc and the voice guidance. Overall, the build was exactly as explained except the roof metal sheet layout. Apparently I was suppose to leave about a 1/2" or 3/8" gap along the starting edge. Flush on the front edge yes...but you need to slide the first sheet over a tad so that it will not come up short on the last sheet. It wasn't so far off that the trim didnt cover the gap. But it would save a lot of headaches if the instructions would just say that upfront.
