The whole left side does not work and I didn’t get a chance to return it because it was a gift so I’m outside of the 30 days

Kid loves it! Brags all the time about all the W’s he gets on fortnite and Roblox now lol, said it was his prize possession! :)

You have to subscribe to the backbone plus, which is another forty dollars. The game play also lagging a lot!

to small urt wrist

I have the Spigen Tough Armor case on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. This updated controller fits my phone with the case on with no problem. The only thing is I had to completely remove the magnetic insert on the USB-C side in order for my phone to connect. No issue for me. I have good experience with Backbone in the past and that’s why I choose them over other manufacturers.

I really wanna like this product, but I can't. It's too small, my hands cramp up and the button layout for the right side of the controller is a no go for me and is uncomfortable, (x,y,b,a location above right thumbstick) instead of normal adjacent thumbstick layout as seen with other controllers. I really want to send it back after a day.

It worked great for about 2 months. Then all of a sudden the entire left side stopped working. I’ve taken very good care of it. There’s no physical damage and it’s been put in a box when not in use. The left joystick is completely unusable, as soon as my game starts the player is walking backwards without me touching the joystick. The LB and LT button don’t register at all. The D-Pad doesn’t work either. I’m not sure what’s going on with it, if it’s an electrical problem or what. I would like to replace it but the price just doesn’t seem worth it for it to just glitch out in 2 months or so.
