Backbone One Mobile Gaming Controller, USB-C, Black + $25 Gift Card

Bought it thru Sam's due to the gift card promo but we've yet to receive said gift card. Called Customer Service... it's being mailed ..that was 2 weeks ago.  Product works fine but it is pricey for what it is.

Gift Card Never Received

A few issues:
1. Pass through charging does not work for iphone 16 pro. Tried different cables and chargers, tried plugging in the cable first then the phone, tried phone first then cable, no dice.
2. The $25 gift card that it says it comes with never arrived in my email. Had to contact sam's club support to get a $25 sams club gift card

For $75 effectively, I wouldn't say it's worth it imo. I bought it primarily for moonlight streaming and the broken pass through charging really makes it a bad deal

A few issues

there are plenty of controller addons that can simply be recognized by your phone and used. this does not. you have to have the app, and then you have to pay for the app if you ever want it to shut up about buying it, and then you have to keep minimizing the app when you want to use xbox cloud gaming from your browser bc it keeps trying to push you on the xbox app through app in app some such rather and it has not been what you use ever. but after all that when you push the buttons after promising the website you have a controller, it finally realizes you do....kinda.

I gave the price a 3 star because its is high for what you get. I happened to be out of state and seen it on sell for $35, which to me is a better price compared to the $75 they are going for now. Over all, for $35 on sell, I cant complain.
