THIS IS THE SECOND STERNS AND FOSTER MATTRESS I HAVE OWNED THE FIRST ONE WAS NOT TO BAD BUT THIS ONE IS TERRIBLE IT HAS MESSED MY BACK UP PURCHASED IT ABOUT 10 MONTHS AGO IT FELT DIFFERENT WHEN I LAYED ON THE DISPLAY MATTRESS WERE I BOUGHT IT FROM I TRIED IT FOR 60 DAYS WENT BACK TO WERE I BOUGHT IT FROM WAS TOLD YOU GOT 90 DAY TRIAL TRY IT FOR A LITTLE LONGER AND SEE IF IT BREAKS IN FOR YOU WELL IT NEVER DID WENT BACK TO THE STORE TO TRY TO CHANGE IT OUT FOR ANOTHER MATTRESS BUT THE HASSLE OF TRYING TO GET IT RETURNED IS NOT EASY NOW IAM STUCK WITH A BAD BACK AND EXSPENSIVE MATTRESS I DONT LIKE

We were in need of a new mattress (ours was 18 years old) and in very bad condition. After doing some research, we decided on a Firm, pillow top. We've had it for 2 months, and already the mattress is sagging. We decided to go with a Sterns and Foster because of the reviews and it seemed like the Top of the Line product. $3,000 + and we are sorely disappointed. I'm happy there was a 120 day guarantee with it, we will go back to the store and select a different mattress. It took 10 years for our old mattress to start failing, this took 2 months. It started out really good, we slept better, felt supported, now we feel like we're on a hill toward the center. We will not choose the mattress without the pillow top for fear it will do the same thing. We will chooses a different brand, Sadly.

I used a medium firm mattress before and sometime my back hurts when I wake up, but it haven't bothered me anymore since I use this new mattress. My family have a good sleeping.

I enjoy a firm mattress, so that is what I got and I am completely satisfied. I expected to be a little uncomfortable as I broke the firmness in a bit, but I didn't experience that. From the day it was delivered, it's been like sleeping on a cloud. A very firm cloud. LoL. This mattress has all but eliminated my back and hip pain. I would recommend this mattress to everyone. Seriously. My son and I fight over who wants to sleep on it. LoL. It is worth every penny, I promise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given the opportunity to receive a free Estate soft tight top mattress from Stearns & Foster to try and give my honest opinion. I must say that it came at the right time. I'm currently recovering from surgery and waited until it was safe enough for me to switch out my old mattress with this one. As soon as I laid down, I knew that would be the first night I got a decent amount of sleep since coming home after my procedure. With my old mattress, I was constantly trying to turn over due to the springs being extremely uncomfortable which wasn't a good idea for someone who was in pain. I love the Fleur de Lis design on the mattress since it's a symbol that represents my home state. I really like how my body "sinks" into the bed especially after a long day BUT I do wonder if it will hold up after some time has passed. This concern could simply be due to the mattresses that I'm use to so I will definitely pay attention to it. If I had to choose a different type from this company, I would go for the Lux Estate Medium because of the added materials which are perfect for people like me who could really use the cooling cover and Tempur-Indulge Memory Foam. For the price, I would've never been able to purchase it myself, but I would certainly recommend it to people who can afford it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is so amazing, I've never slept so good. It's firm not hard and you can't feel and movement when sleeping next to another . It's a high profile mattress so getting out of bed is a breeze . I have no more back pain when waking up in the morning ,It's honestly changed how I sleep and how long I stay asleep . I would pick this mattress again and again . It has a quilted plush top its so nice it's a non flipping mattress you just need to rotate it every 6 mths or s. It is heavy but it does have handles on the side which helps a ton .

I Purchased the Stearns and Foster Estate Mattress in Firm when I bought my Bedroom Set and I love this Mattress as I have back problems and this is the best Mattress as the Sales Person at Raymour and Flanagan allowed me to try the mattress in the store and I had to have it so I bought it. It's fantastic.

This mattress retains heat like no other mattress I have ever owned. My husband and I both wake up frequently tossing and turning trying to find a cool spot on the bed. It is almost tolerable in winter, but I am dreading warmer weather. I would have given it 1 star but my husband does like the support for his back. I can't wait to get a new mattress and we've had this one less than two years. It is already getting dips and lumps too. Also it is very heavy which makes it difficult to tuck the sheets under.

My parents have always bought and loved Stearns and Foster, so when my husband and I needed to upgrade our mattress we purchased a firm King sized Stearns and Foster from the Estate collection. Not only has the new mattress resolved his morning back pain, but I swear we can fall asleep faster and sleep more deeply - and it's only been two weeks! We love how supportive it is, and our large dog LOVES it too :) We truly look forward to getting in bed every night. Highly recommend the adjustable base too for adjusting head and leg elevation. 12/10 recommend.

I have terrible low back pain and on my old mattress I'd wake up in excruciating pain and have trouble getting up out of bed. With the Stearns and Foster mattress I am sleeping better and waking up in very little pain. I definitely recommend this for someone with back pain.
