It helps bad knees

BEWARE of the ODOR!!! The perfumy smell of this stuff is nauseating, and overwhelming. Sadly, I had to toss it in the trash - cannot use it. A complete waste of $30. This being said, I don't mind the smell of products like "IcyHot" or "BenGay", this stuff...well its indescribably awful!!

My husband used this gel on his knees 3 - 4 times a day and it helped quite a bit. Not great, just very good results. On the other hand, I used it on my arthritic shoulder even though the product is not recommended for the shoulder, and the results were amazing. I was able to discontinue taking Aleve and just used the gel twice a day on my shoulder. Pain completely gone.

I've been using the brand Volataren Gel for quite some years now. When I was in the pharmacy at Sams, one of the women working their suggested the generic brand. I was more worried about the scent. So I purchased it right there (also less expensive) and opened it and was fine with a light mint scent. It's a lot better than the strong scent of the Name brand Voltaren, not offensive at all for my sensitive nose! I use it every night on my hands because of arthritis and it helps, I mix it with some hand creme and put compression gloves on while I sleep. It's hard to keep it on all day because of washing my hands so much. They come with very large tubes and a wide screw cap. Definitely recommend!

I had been buying Voltaren. Voltaren gave me enough relief that I could tolerate the pain in my knees. When I waa running low I thought I could buy more at Sam's at a better price. I saw the Member Mark brand and it was considerably less in price. Not only is it less in price my knee pain is almost completely gone. I don't understand how that can be since it is supposed to be the same as Voltaren. It's wonderful!! I think a lot of people try this or Voltaren and think it doesn't work. I thought that also. When I started using it twice a day consistently (every day) it was about a week before I got relief.

I’m at that age where you have a lot of arthritic pain. I’m always on the lookout for something to manage my pain but not cost an arm and a leg. I love this! I read someone did not like the smell, but I love it! It doesn’t have that medicinal smell that a lot of creams have and it works the same if not better! You have to use it a few times a day at first for a few days, just like the pricier ones, and then you realize you have far less pain than before. I use it maybe once a day now. I’ll continue to use this until they make something better!

I have arthritis starting in my knees. This really relieves the pain on days when 1 or both knees are painful. I do not have really bad arthritis but it works great on the minor pain I have. Talked to my rhuematologist PA & she feels it is safe with no side effects & a topical does not affect the entire body. It is a good alternative for people looking to keep # of RX drugs at a minimum.

I was a bit leary to buy the offbrand of Voltaren, but my husband has used it for his plantar fasciitis at the recommendation of his doctor, and it does relieve a lot of the pain. I used Voltaren after surgery for a broken foot many years ago. At that time, it was prescription only. I googled it, and I was surprised to find that the over-the-counter strength available today is the same strength as what it was when it was prescription only.

This works just as good as the brand name, and you get a lot for the price. It especially works well in the arthritis in my foot, making it less painful to walk. I'm also able to apply it much less frequently than the instructions state, so this lasts me a long time.
