I think if you need a product for bladder leak this is the one. It's comfortable and very personal no one would know you have them on. I do have one problem I'd like to see a disposable packaging for the used product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since the fit was changed the large, which used to fit perfectly is a little tight and the xl is somewhat akin to a mix of sumo wrestler garb and padded thong.
