These are the best i have used so far. I haven't tried Poise, but the Depend for women has a comfortabole feel and lasts all day that way.They handle my bladder leaks for a full 24 hourz.

No it was not comfortable because of being to small. It leaked a lot because of this fact. Please make a large size than XL. I feel it would work good if it fit better.
