This product is the best that my husband has found that works well. He is able to out a be a real person-go out for dinner,shop,work in yard etc. Both products work he likes real fit but legs to tight on top of legs. Went back to regular depends.

Could not even get these over my butt. I have a 48 inch waist and weight 282 pounds. This should be well within the L/XL range. Others seem to think they fit fine. Confused and disappointed.
