[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They're useful, but not necessarily comfortable. The fit is a bit tight and depending upon your activity level can cause some issues. I didn't notice any odor, so it must be doing its job.

We are using this product for our dad. I was looking for something that is more absorbent. He wets his pants with these. I thought maybe there was another option but this claims "maximum" absorbency.
