After having my four children, I developed stress incontinence and it can be very embarrassing and frustrating. I can discreetly wear these protection underwear without the fear of being embarrassed. They are very absorbent have an odor block which helps keep me worry free. The durable waistband has amazing stretch and definitely helps secure the underwear which makes me feel extra comfortable while wearing them.

My friend wears these and says she loves the fit and how they feel. These underwear are not thick and bulky and you can’t tell your wearing one. The absorbency is very good id say for daytime but maybe not for overnight. The size is xl and my friend wears 18/20 for bottoms if that helps.

They did feel a little bulky for daytime wear - probably because I usually wear a 16-18, was sent the XL. To be honest they're a little large/baggy. They have great elasticity at the waist making them easy to get on & off. The fabric is also comfortable. Great for night time use instead of during the day. Absorbs well, not noisy when walking and no discernible odor.
