They are stretchable and pull up and down like regular underwear. They dont look bulky so know one can tell you are wearing them. These Womens Depends are highly absorbent and control urine odor very well. Nothing needs to be changed here.

They are really comfortable as the material of them is very soft. They are very secure in the waist, but not where it matters. They are bulky like a diaper and are not discrete, even in sweatpants. They also kind of put off an odor.
