I usually just use the pads but these Depend fresh protection Incontinence underwear for women changed my mind about using them. I didn't think they'd fit because I'm a plus sized woman who wears size 26 pants and they're sized XL but they actually DID fit. I would've selected a bigger size had it been available however XL fit quite nicely. The absorbency was on the high side so I'd definitely get a lighter absorbency but although the absorbency was high they weren't bulky/bulgy. The material is very flexible and feels very soft on my skin. They stayed in place and felt just like regularly underwear. They're not irritating and didn't dig into my skin. They also have a cute little floral pattern in the front. I most definitely would buy these when I run out. They give me a sense of security without having to worry about accidents while on the go or at bedtime. I've tried other brands, but none of them can compare to Depend. Very well made, breathable, and have great odor control. I'm on several medications daily now, and drink lots of water, so Depend is a necessity. They are very quite and are secretly worn under clothes. I've been using them for some time now and still haven't had any problems with leakage. Thank you, makers of Depend. After having my four children, I developed stress incontinence and it can be very embarrassing and frustrating. I can discreetly wear these protection underwear without the fear of being embarrassed. They are very absorbent have an odor block which helps keep me worry free. The durable waistband has amazing stretch and definitely helps secure the underwear which makes me feel extra comfortable while wearing them.

The absorbency was fine for my needs. They are large so don't plan on tossing them in a small bathroom trash can.

Of course nothing feels like real panties.. but these do the job well! Only thing I could say is absorbant area not be so large. But not bad enough to drop a star!! Hahaha try them, they’ll work for you too!! Also, if you get a bad cough these are perfect!!

They are very comfortable,soft on the skin, and provide excellent protection throughout the day. They fit well without feeling bulky and secure.
