I tried the XL Maximum coverage underwear. The sides (either left or right) split during the day. I am very active, work in a warm humid climate (I sweat) which may add to the problem. Three different stores, three different storage places didn't make a difference. If the underwear sides stay together, the pad tears away from the pantie. Waists sat low on my hip, short of the waist. Maybe a size XXL that has a wider hip (up to 75 inches?) with the same waist (up to 64 inches) would help since ladies have hips and need room for the hour-glass curves that men don't have.

I am at the upper range in size for the product purchased. However, I recommend going up a size for the best fit. I cannot don the garment without assistance. Next size larger would be better. Overall great product. Runs small in size though

They fit comfortably, stay in place even when I’m moving around a lot, and most importantly, they do the job. No leaks, no awkward rustling sounds, and I don’t feel like I’m wearing a bulky product under my clothes. They’re also surprisingly discreet. I generally will not wear any light colored trousers....but with the underwear I wore a beige pair....felt great and had confidence I was well protected. Love the product, have recommended it to friends and relatives...also mentioned it to my Doctor. worth all five stars and more....

They absorb a lot and will not leak , the design is thoughtful and very great , it fits snug that feels natural and comfortable, it’s very stretchy and flexible,and it’s has very great odor control , after long use you still can’t smell anything . They are top notch and very good underwear.. they are definitely worth the money …

There are all kinds of diapers for kids/babies but very little in the form of brands and size for adults.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not one to suffer from incontinence issues, so I wasn’t sure how the Depend Incontinence Underwear would apply to my life. Then I realized they would be a great option for when I’m trying to be efficient with my household chores and don’t have time for a bathroom break. I’m a dad of three, all of whom are under 5 so I usually only get one two hour window per week to accomplish what I need. It’s also hot and humid where we live, so I need to keep hydrated. With hydration comes the need to use the restroom. This however, takes away from my efficiency. While using Depend I’m able to stay hydrated and keep on the job by not needing to go inside for the restroom where you never know when your child will decide they need a snack or your significant other will ask you to grab something. The underwear fit great and didn’t give me that “diaper bottom” everyone tries to avoid. Highly recommend!
