Very soft, comfortable, easy to pull on, just like regular underwear. They are very durable and last all night long. Sometimes I use them at night to make sure that I don't have any leakage although embarrassing. I also tend to wear them if I know I'm in for a long day. You don't have to pee in them. These fit him great, and you can hardly tell there is anything on inder his pants. We were using the washable incontinence pads, but these have saved us from some extra washing! Each one holds water well and is absorbent They also have a nice elastic to keep them on. They are quite large but it can be adjusted for a more comfortable fit. These hold up really well and are sturdier than expected. They do make a sort of crumbling noise when you are handling it but its not an issue once the person has it under their clothing.
