I have someone tested them for days when they had issues with mild bladder leaks, as well as a few other use cases. Fit: These are incredibly stretchy. I expect that they will fit a wide range of people because of that, especially with other sizes taken into account - they expanded easily over my wide hips, and wore snug but not uncomfortably so. Comfort: The fit was comfortable. The fabric was... not as bad as I expected? It's very crinkly, but softer than it looks. It's still not great, but they was able to comfortably wear these for a handful of 4-5 hour road trips, as well as grocery shopping and other errands requiring an average amount of walking.

This allows for added security of catching heavier leaks. Strong material, no tearing. Quiet. No noticeable smells. Comfort will be subjective. I thought leg opening felts a tad snug.
