Since I've been using Depend Fit Flex, I no longer have to be concerned. I sent for a free sample and was surprised and delighted at how comfortable they were. To be honest, I actually gave them a "test run," so to speak; in other words, I deliberately wet myself while wearing Fit Flex and continued to wear the underwear under my clothes for a couple of hours after, just to test the discomfort. There was no discomfort, even when fully wet. And there was no leakage, even after considerable movement and activity. It's a great product.

I tried to wear them several times but I just couldn’t get over how uncomfortable they were on me. They felt itchy and scratchy and very much like a diaper. They also did not cover my entire backside so I didn’t like that either. Since they felt like a diaper on me I couldn’t help but feel self conscious like people could tell I had them on and would think I’m wearing a diaper. These just weren’t a hit for me they have a great concept to make them look like underwear but the feel is the total opposite I actually feel that my daughters pull ups material is softer than these supposed to be underwear.

I would suggest trying a small pack of the product before spending more than need. It can cause a little discomfort with more tingling than with out due to the nerve damage. Other than that they were great do not stink depending on the persons urine sent.

I can go a long time and stay dry, the only down side is having to find some place clean enough to drop your pants to change when your out for extended periods.

If you are unable to get to a restroom immediately, everyone knows you have done something. I have used another underwear and they control the odor much better but they do not fit as well as the depends fit flex. I wish Depends would do more in this area. Other than that, I love them.

I found that the product fit more comfortably and i felt better wearing the product as underwear. The product before was snugged and fit very uncomfortable.I would purchase the XL based on pure comfort.

I have been using the DEPEND brand from COSTCO for over a year. The only complaint I have is that they fall apart too soon. I have to change them twice a day. recently they have been falling apart and the insides fall all over the floor. Ugh. They dont hold up as long as they used to. Maybe the MFG has been changed?
