It is leak-proof but my urine has a fishy smell and it does not entirely secure this. More ventilation would be better but I realize this may compromise the leakage protection.

But the XL, while very comfortable, was too long (made for a taller person? I'm 5'3"). So maybe Depends could offer an XL short (or petite) option? Depends is well-made and holds together very well. It's cloth-like fabric is wonderful.

They fit great and you can't tell your wearing them under your clothing. They absorb great so you don't have to worry about leaks. This saved me from a whole lot of embarrassment.

I wish Depends hadn’t changed, the tan ones with the design on the back were so much better. I can’t wear the new fit flex max, they leak down my leg even with a moderate urination. I will purchase other brands after being a loyal customer for years. Please bring back the old version.

They seemed to absorb wetness very well and also controlled odors very well. I received these through Influenster, but I will definitely be buying some for future use.

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer, and let me tell you, it’s made my bathroom routine a bit of a challenge. I have to use the restroom quite frequently, and that’s where depends come in. When I’m traveling away from home, I trust them completely. They make me feel confident and comfortable, and you can’t even tell someone’s wearing them just by looking at them. Sure, they’re a bit pricey, but I believe they’re well worth it. If you’re dealing with bladder issues, I highly recommend checking them out.

Sorry to be the one to contradict all the other people that reviewed the product but for me it's a definite no. I'm not a tiny guy (34" waist) but the S/M is way to big. There's a excessive amount of bulk in the back. Actually, I can't imagine trusting them in public because of side leakage and not really comfortable to wear. This is all new to me but I feel better and more comfortable folding a paper towel and placing it in the front of my underwear. Hopefully for me this is only temporary because if this is the best option for men? I just don't know!
