They are not scented and I didn’t worry about an odor after wearing for a few hours. I would recommend these for people whose bladder leaks have become too heavy for a liner. You don’t have to worry about leakage when you cough or sneeze because these are full coverage.

I tried Depends 5 years ago and did not like them: they leaked and didn't fit me. Now I've tried the Fit-Flex and found them to be excellent. They are comfortable, nice and snug and do not leak. Only thing that I would ask for to improve the product is a little more coverage on the back side.
