From the first time mom put these on over a year ago (now 90 years old) she has loved them. Even shows them to her caregiver that comes in. It was a real blessing not to have to struggle with finding a product she would use for her incontinence. Both urine and solid. I don’t think they’re more like underwear though, but we’re getting somewhere I would assume that it’s going to be great for odor control and will absorb the liquid like a normal diaper would. Obviously it’s going to be breathable slightly still more diaper Ish but this would be great for somebody that will actually need them.

The only negative detail is that my grandfather says that they fit him very tight and even though that is his size, he feels them a little tight. The odor isn't noticeable until after a few hours where it is time to change it.
