[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a sample in the mail to try for a long drive where I was not sure how long it would be before I would be at a rest stop. They were very comfortable and absorbent. The one time I could not make it to the rest stop I did not feel uncomfortable or wet. The only thing I can say is they are more bulky to carry with you if you needed to carry them in a purse. I use a pad just for everyday use but these were nice to have for the long journey.

Following Robotic Prostate Cancer Surgery and out of an abundance of caution, I began wearing Depends Guards for Men during the daytime and Fit-Flex Underwear at night. I am 6' 2" and weight approximately 185 and have a waist size of 37/36, the first package of underwear I purchased were medium and found them to be to small, the second package was L/XL which fits waists 38-64. Since my first purchase you have changed the product from a light grey to a dark grey and the new product is lighter and does not contour well to the body, sags and slides down off the hips. If you do product testing, it should be a cross section representation of those who use your products. In my opinion, there is no way to effectively design a underwear that would effectively fit sizes 38-64. Needless to say I am very disappointed in your product and am once again in search of a product that will provide a comfortable fit and effective bladder control.

During my testing it held over 5 cups of water before it started to leak. So given an accident I would be confident that these will hold up to it. I would recommend these to anyone who is concerned with accidents.

So much better than the paper-like they used to be. They fit rather well, although the legs (for me) were a little loose. The waistband is nice and stretchy, ensuring they don’t slip down. They are extremely absorbent. I had to go on a trip and was traveling for 14hours, and these underwear held up during my travel time very, very well. The odor control is so much better than it used to be. There was no nasty smell at the end of the day, like you’d expect. Thoroughly impressive.

I tested them out with 2 whole cups of water and it absorb every last drop. They fit just like regular under wears and you can’t even see any difference when you have them on.
