Being a Senior, I think it is a very difficult piece of clothing to put on. It had a very tight stretchy fit that was nothing but trouble getting my legs in before pulling them up.Once on they are soft and comfortable but tight, and I am not that big a guy, having a 38 inch waist.

However, the legs were little big so it caused a little leakage and didn’t have much odor control. I think these would work great in a pinch but not an everyday use.

I bought these to get me through a few days of the stomach flu, and the bad things that can happen while you sleep. They feel really great, but I could not keep them pulled up. Every time I get up and walk a few steps, they fall down. I'm about 250 lbs. with a 48" waist, so I bought the XL size. I'm afraid they will slip down and not cover what is important, should I have an accident.

I feel this is more of an “leak a little” solution. They are not the prettiest things I’ve ever seen but they help so there’s not a mess if you are a little slower to the bathroom than you used to be.

It was very comfortable and quiet. I wore it to an 8 hour work day. Crotch seemed too wide. I had no leaks. Next day tried the other one ...Unfortunately it leaked around the leg seams where they had folded outward -giving me some embarasement. Perhaps I had wrong size?
