[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are not too bad, they work great and are comfortable to wear, mine were a little big but still worked for me, the absorbency is good, like I said they were a little big for me but I think a medium would have been too small, they seemed to breath ok, and i could not smell anything.

by just the fact that I would need an adult incontinence underwear...not anymore!! This product has never bunched up or leaked.. It also never binds my tummy area, legs, or buttocks. The material used is soft, has a pretty design, as well as soothing light almost peach colored brief. I have worn this product at night as well as day. Comfortable, odor controlling, not bulky which can be an issue with some brands, does exactly what it says it will do to take care of you in the ads and on the packages...what more can you ask for? For me, nothing!!

I find this product to be form fitting and I never experience any leakage with these like I do with other brands I've tried. There's never any odor and they are very comfortable and true fitting! I would recommend this product to anyone that has a problem with urine leakage.

I generally will not wear any light colored trousers....but with the underwear I wore a beige pair....felt great and had confidence I was well protected. Had my entire colon removed (complete colectomy) with a J-Pouch in lieu of an ileostomy bag. This sometimes results in uncontrolled diiarrhea or leakage. This product has me living my life without fear of accidents in sporty or dressy clothes. It may be primarily designed for bladder leakage, but it works for me just as excellently for my condition.

My 65 yr old husband is bed ridden and can no longer use an urinal effectively, so I thought he could try these. Firstly, they were not long enough from the crotch to the back waist, so he looked like a plummer. He has not butt, so I do not understand what the problem was. I thought they may have been backwards, but the fit was the same either way: bulky in front and low rider in the rear. His waist is about 35" so I bought the SM size I think he'll need the kind with more adjustability and tapes.
