Despite my initial concerns about the size, the XXL fits me perfectly, (I am a size 18 pants) with no leg gaps or chafing around the waist or legs. The product's moisture-wicking technology kept me dry and odor-free throughout the night, preventing rashes. I particularly liked the feminine touch of the soft pink color and flower design. Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs bladder leak protection during the night.

I have used protective underwear for nine+ years as I'm totally incontinent after prostate surgery. The product prior to this new version served reasonably well, changing about every 4 hours. The new version needs to be changed every 2 hours due, I expect, to the narrower design. I'm now looking for a different product as the inconvenience and expense of this new product is no longer practical. Hope you will consider a redesign or a return to the original design.

They have saved me from washing sheets multiple times a week. He doesn’t made the fit and he’s able to last all night without a leak. I didn’t really tell a difference in the odor but the durability was great.

It handles moderate to heavy incontinence well, though for extremely heavy leakage, you may need to change more frequently.

To my surprise, no one said or noticed anything and my self-confidence went way up. Luckily for me I did not have any large leakage, but the small leakage happened, there was no leakage from the Depends underwear, but I believe that if I would have had a large leakage, the Depends underwear could have totally handled it.

They are made from flexible, stretchy material that molds to your body. They have cotton batting inside that provides the right amount of coverage. The absorbency is decent. These will definitely provide enough protection during an emergency as long as the liquid is a small to moderate amount. They may leak if it's too much liquid. I like that they are pretty hidden and hard to see under clothing. They also don't add too much bulk. I think they are a good overall product.
