Previously I had problems with sweat not being absorbed in my upper area but this is working out great. I walk 6-6.5 miles daily; work out at the gym and have boxing workouts daily - so sweat is a big concern when it comes to my lower extremity. Can't wait to see how well it continues to perform throughout the Summer months.

It can hold a full bladder empty , it happened to me and no leaks and no one knew it had happened but me. I love the designs, it's like my old regular panties.
