I recently had surgery, and it was a huge help at night so I couldn't move around during the first few days home. I already needed help at night, but if an accident happened, these adult diapers were a huge help.

They are great and are just perfect in my own size. They are not too tight or too loose. Their absorption to hold heavy liquid helps to prevent the slightest leaking. They don’t stink up or release smell when I am wear them while having a normal accident.

I would say though that this small is more Xtrasmall the small is quite snug so if you wear a size 6 or less the small size would work well. They are very well made and they are soft and not abrasive to skin. I could see these working for a lot of people if the sizes were inclusive. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I thought that they would be bulky, uncomfortable and obvious that I was wearing them, but to my delight they were comfortable and not bulky and it wasn't long before I didn't even notice I was wearing them and no one else could tell either visually or by sound (I thought they might make noise as well). If you find that you need some security in case of a problem, these definitely gave me peace of mind. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am 84 years old, and over the years with having children and physical changes a body goes through I had issues with incontinence. If you are looking for a solid pair of underwear that will absorb moisture and keep it contained, this is your pair. I do not find myself needing to sprint to change after an episode of incontinence. If you are looking for plush comfort, you will likely need to continue looking. These underwear did not suit my larger, more active, frame and seemed to find a way to scratch and bind in uncomfortable areas while on the move. I would recommend these underwear as more of an overnight solution than one for the more active waking hours.

These help with incontinence issues with CrossFit and heavy lifting. Helping me stay comfortable and nobody knows if you actually have them on. Can wear them for anything and I sometimes forget I’m even wearing them. I’d definitely recommend to others who need them.
