They fit a variety of sizes the medium can fit from small to pretty big so they versatile for having around as emergencies for different people. Very absorbent and comfortable wearing them and strong enough for pulling up and down multiple times of the day. The main problem with this type of incontinence product is changing while out of the house. You have to totally remove your pants to pull a dry one on after removing one that is wet. One way to get around this is to wear two at a time. When the first one is wet, just tear it off and the second one is dry. These are great if you need light protection from dribbling, can make it to a restroom some of the time or for one complete emptying of the bladder. If you go much past one episode, then you may find these will leak.

I wear a size 12 in panties and these fit more like if I put on a size 10. I can wear them but as these are the largest size, I think the company needs to make an XXL for us plus size beauties with all the curves who also tinkle when we laugh.
