I have someone tested them for days when they had issues with mild bladder leaks, as well as a few other use cases. Fit: These are incredibly stretchy. I expect that they will fit a wide range of people because of that, especially with other sizes taken into account - they expanded easily over my wide hips, and wore snug but not uncomfortably so. Comfort: The fit was comfortable. The fabric was... not as bad as I expected? It's very crinkly, but softer than it looks. It's still not great, but they was able to comfortably wear these for a handful of 4-5 hour road trips, as well as grocery shopping and other errands requiring an average amount of walking.

The soft fabric feels more like regular underwear and doesn’t have that "diaper" feel. The fit is stays snug and secure without digging into my skin. I wore them under jeans or work clothes without any noticeable bulk. Absorption was pretty good, I don’t know how much it held but had no problems with leaks. After a while you forget you are wearing them. They aren't too bulky under my clothing and yes, they do keep you dry and there are no odors. I usually wear a size large in pants and the large in these depends fit perfectly. I felt very secure while wearing these and did not experience any leakage or odors with mild to moderate usage. They held up for entire day at work/ overnight.

The difficult part is getting the legs to not bunch up in the crotch area. It can be easily done, you just have to be careful.
