I'm 38 and suffer from fecal and urine incontinence and I tried other brands but they were not as absorband and these are amazingly not bulky. I wish we could have them in black and other shades because it's very difficult emotionally to wear diapers when you're still a young woman. But I highky recommend them for someone with fecal incontinence because you need to have something that will absorb and not get all bulky,

Although these worked great (with a changing or two) for my mother in the day time they didn't work all that well overnight. She would still wake with a wet protective pad on her bed. I would recommend them for Moderate to slightly heavy leakage but not for total incontinence.

I’ve worn depends women underwear now for 10 years. I have Multiple Sclerosis caused incontinence. The 2024 depends underwear are terrible. They do not last a full day. They are so thin that your fingers poke right through.  They break down and shed as the day goes on, I find threads on the right & left insides of my Slacks. I’d rather pay for the depends of 10 years ago that have to change 2 & 3 times a day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a sneeze pee-er. These don't feel like you are wearing a diaper. Great absorbance and coverage area no matter how I moved or sat. Even under leggings you couldn't tell I was ultra protected. Great for pregnancy if you leak a lot as well!
