My dad is 88 and weighs about 260 pounds. He has a big belly and a flat bottom. The lg/XL do not go up or stay up over his bottom. We bought another brand in XL and they seem to go up higher and stay up better but are much more expensive. Why don't you have a 2XL?

They could be a little more comfortable.will try again, although I see you also have a men's brief that looks more like real underwear..I think I'll try those next.

They fit her perfect just as regular underwear would so don’t worry about the size . She told me they was very comfortable at night and that you can’t even smell what’s inside the diaper lol .

I didn’t run into an emergency where they were needed so I can’t speak to how they hold up with any actual leaks but I wanted to see how they felt and if they were noticeable under clothes. I wore a pair the whole day and they were surprisingly comfortable and not bulky. The fit is generous and they stayed in place without feeling tight or stiff.
