Have been buying this product for well over a year for my husband with Alzheimers who is incontenent. Always worked fine until this last box of 72. The product i noticed is much thinner, not as soft and definitely not as absorbent. My husband wakes up drenched from sleep because of the change. I'm not gonna lie, I was nervous to try these. These do look more like a diaper than underwear and still puff out in the crotch area when wet.
