I received the large size and initially thought they'd be swimming on me, but they fit comfortably AND stayed put whether during a day around the house or while taking a moderately-paced 45-minute walk. The outer material is a soft "plastic", but doesn't make crinkly noises while walking. It's like wearing regular underwear and the fit is quite smooth even under Lycra workout pants. The pants sit comfortably above my hips, with no roll-down from my little potbelly! The padding coverage is more than adequate, and any leaks seem to be quickly absorbed and wicked away from the body - so, no irritation! A *huge* plus for me is that this product is unscented. So many pads are scented which I'm sensitive to, even if it's very light. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I experienced slight skin irritation from one of the pants openings while exercising. Not horrible, and I might try wearing looser workout pants next time.

Question: Just starting to use the product. My wife got me the Fit Flex this time, not sure what she bought last time Fit Flex or Real Fit. The last one I used was great, but the back didn't seem to ride up high enough to cover my butt. I'm really not that big so it makes me wonder. Which one of the two products will ride higher?

I just had a Di Vinci Robotic Prostatectomy and i was looking for something that was easy to put on without taking off my pants or shoes. This made it easy even with a catheter. To my surprise the Depend Flex Fit fitted and being on diuretics many products has been used but this worked in preventing leaks. The only problem is that with back problems it took a little longer to put on.

Had my entire colon removed (complete colectomy) with a J-Pouch in lieu of an ileostomy bag. This sometimes results in uncontrolled diiarrhea or leakage. This product has me living my life without fear of accidents in sporty or dressy clothes. It may be primarily designed for bladder leakage, but it works for me just as excellently for my condition.

Leakage is now all but nonexistent and I feel safe going out for extended times as I always worried before that the other product would not be sufficient. The fit is like regular underwear and not at all bulky. It does not feel like a diaper!
