The flex-fit is the most comfortable that I have found. It is easy to put on and stays in place. Flex-fit feels like a piece of regular clothing and extremely so light-weight, it is not cumbersome and bulky like the others that I have tried. I am so glad you sent me the sample to try. I don't typically take time to review products, but these deserve mention. I never considered trying incontinence underwear, but I couldn't ignore my wet boxers and more frequent visible wet spots any longer. So I did some reading and took the plunge with these. Quite frankly, I was expecting them to range between tolerable and awful to wear, but wow was I pleasantly surprised. Sure, they work great in the functional sense - that's a given. But, they're really easy to wear. I'm serious. They're much more comfortable than I expected and invisible under clothing. If it's dead quiet, you can hear a bit of a "rustle" sound, sort of like if you were holding dry leaves, but it's completely unnoticeable when there's any background noise - in other words, in everyday life. I know these are designed for much heavier incontinence than mine, but I choose these because they're a no brainer: comfortable, discrete and they work. Slam dunk.

That said, they are a bit bulky under more fitted clothes, which can make them less discreet. They work well for staying at home or wearing under looser outfits, but I wish they had a slimmer profile for everyday use.

The material is soft, the waistband doesn’t dig in, and they’re pretty discreet under clothes. For light leaks or occasional use, they do the job well. However, the absorbency isn’t as strong as I expected. If you deal with moderate to heavy incontinence or need protection overnight, these might not be reliable. I’ve had a few instances where they leaked from the sides, even when I thought they were still dry in the middle. Another issue is the sizing and quality. The fit isn’t always consistent—some pairs feel snug while others are loose—and I’ve had a few tear at the seams while putting them on. Overall, they’re okay for daytime use and lighter needs, but I wouldn’t depend on them (no pun intended) for heavier protection. I’ll keep them around as a backup, but I’m also exploring other options.

Very soft, comfortable, easy to pull on, just like regular underwear. They are very durable and last all night long. Sometimes I use them at night to make sure that I don't have any leakage although embarrassing. I also tend to wear them if I know I'm in for a long day. You don't have to pee in them. You can use them as a pad just to catch some sneezing drippage that to be gross. Super comfortable, just try it. Nobody will know you can't see the lines like panty lines. They don't show through your pants so no one will know
