It is very true to size, which I had to ask my friend to use them and give me their opinion due to the fact they were too small for me. They help up great, kept her dry and fresh feeling. I don’t think they’re more like underwear though, but we’re getting somewhere I would assume that it’s going to be great for odor control and will absorb the liquid like a normal diaper would. Obviously it’s going to be breathable slightly still more diaper Ish but this would be great for somebody that will actually need them.

Unfortunately at an early age and after bladder surgery I have to wear these pull up briefs 24/7 I really figured these would be like all of the others saying that they are pretty soft and work with bladder leakage. I have never wore a brief that to me felt just like real underwear. OMG I Highly Recommend Depends Fit-Flex Underwear. I received my sample Free from Home Tester Club. In all the years I have had to wear incontinence products this is a first time the product lived up to description given. My only dislike is the price as I'm on very fixed income and unfortunately I buy the ones I can afford which is store brand unless I have coupons for better and pretty briefs. But I didn't feel like I had a incontinence brief on at anytime. They are pretty & soft & Underwear you will love them right from the start ( first time wearing) So ladies if you want to feel confident+ dry +pretty get these
