When worn they feel just like underwear, with just a little bit of "diaper butt". They control odor for the most part and keep bodily fluids in well so that there is no leakage onto the pants.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depend fit-Flex was very comfortable to wear. It stayed put without riding up. It held the incontinence without feeling wet next to my skin. It did not leak. It kept its shape while walking and sitting.

I have had to begin using these to prevent leaks, and although the generic brands are cheaper, the Depends fit better. I've only had one occasion when they leaked, and that was primarily when I waited too long to change it. Plus this Stock up box is the best price I've found for the product.

Not tight on the upper legs and hold an emergency amount of fluids. Wore these on a road trip because sometimes I just can’t hold it as well as I use too. No sweaty Or moisture buildup and no odor!

The product itself looks well-made. The material feels soft, and the construction looks solid. I only tested it for light leakage, not for heavy soiling, so I didn’t get to see how it performs at full absorbency. But based on other reviews I’ve read, it really performs well. It was easy to put on and felt decently comfortable throughout the day. I’m very petite, so understandably there was some bunching. I don’t think that would be an issue for someone with an average-sized frame. It does fit close to the body and doesn’t feel bulky under clothes. It’s designed to be worn by itself, so I really wish they used cleaner materials. Having that chemical scent and synthetic fabric directly touching the skin, especially in sensitive areas, just doesn’t feel great.
