My biggest fear with incontinence underwear was the noise, but these are made from a super soft, cotton-like material that is completely quiet when you walk. The sizing is spot on; the XL comfortably stretches over my hips without digging into my stomach or feeling bulky. In terms of comfort, they feel exactly like regular cotton panties and breathe incredibly well.
